So, who am I? I’m the one that you call when you need to get things done.

Do you have any projects that just need to be done? Maybe you’re stuck with them or you don’t have the time or you don’t have the manpower? That’s the kind of project that people call me in for.

Now, who calls me in? I have been called in by Fortune 500 companies like Cisqo and Fannie Mae. I have been called in by the University of California to help them to redesign their childcare program. I have been called in by companies in Silicon Valley to help them to create a R&D project around an industrial valve that was mission critical. I get called in for things that are mission critical.

But on the other hand, I also help individuals. I help entrepreneurs. I’ve helped entrepreneurs get that book finished or redesign their workplace. A lot of people I work with are people who are in transition. People who have just become managers and who are trying to make that transition from star player to manager, or that entrepreneur whose business has become big enough that they need to go from being a founder to being a CEO.

Those are the people that I help. I help them to get things done but it’s really a two-fold process because on one hand we’re working on a specific task. You are getting something specific done. You have a specific thing that needs to be accomplished – a milestone, a target – that you’re not getting to that you need to get to.

On the other hand, what we’re looking at on the big picture – on the strategic side – is to help you to have the skills and the abilities to get more things done on a more consistent basis. To have massive productivity.

That’s a little bit of who I am and how I get things done.

Where did I go to school? I have an undergraduate degree in Theoretical Mathematics from the University of California. I have a Master’s Degree in Operations Management from the University of North Carolina. I am a certified Project Manager and I am trained as a facilitator in the technology of participation. I facilitate a lot of meetings around trying to create strategic direction.

What kind of industries have I worked in? I have worked a lot in banking. I’ve worked with a lot of IT projects – cutting-edge IT projects – both software and hardware. I have worked with large organizations like the University of California. I’ve been the COO of the largest advertising agency in Hawaii. What I do in these organizations oftentimes is really help the organization to frame things in order to be more productive and to accomplish specific tasks, and to create either individual or group productivity.
