How to Create Extraordinary Productivity

I’m guessing you’re here because you have a big vision. You want to make a big difference in your lives. You want to change the world. You have a great idea. You want to fulfill your potential not just today, tomorrow or next week. You want to live your life to the fullest.

Maybe you want to make a lot of money or have a lot of fame or make a big difference in the world and be remembered for years and years and years. But in order to do that you’re going to have to produce at a higher level and produce more at a higher level. But then again not just for a little while, consistently and easily.

My name is Kat McDivitt and I help people double their productivity and activate their success drivers.

So what is a success driver? Well, I’ve done a lot of research and worked with a lot of extremely successful people and what I have distilled is there are seven things that really make successful people different the way that allow them to produce at a higher level.

I’ve put together my proven 7 Pillars of Productivity program to share this information with my clients. So let me tell you what the seven pillars are:

1. Direction
The first one is direction, because of course if you don’t know what you’re doing then you’re not going to get there. So you need to be able to hold a direction – to be able to have that direction and to keep your passion connected with that direction, and to keep your values connected with that direction. 42% of businesses fail because they’re not focused on the right market. You need to also have the flexibility to shift your direction slightly.

2. Focus
In order to produce at a high level, you need to have high quality focus and high quantity focus.

3. Self-mastery
Self-mastery is being able to master your emotions, your thoughts and your physiology to get the whole package working together at a high level so that you can really produce consistently and easily week after week, year after year.

4. Mindset
Mindset and beliefs are the key to really be able to keep your head in the game. Being able to manage your mindset and your beliefs is one of the things that really separates the uber successful from the rest of the people out there.

5. Habits
Habits are like a container – a container for your success or a container for your failure. In order to be really successful you need to shift your habits. Often times you have to get rid of the habits that don’t serve you and create new habits that serve you. Now, we’ve done a lot of research and work with beliefs and habits and all of these pillars and learned exactly the things that make shifting a habit easy and keeping the new habit simple and straightforward.

6. Power
Teaching you to have a power, both to step up into the new world but also the power to say ‘yes’ to the right things and ‘no’ to the wrong things. The power to make your way in the world in a powerful way.

7. Influence
The final pillar is influence because if you can’t influence people, if you can’t work with people, if you can’t create partnerships and sell to clients, then the greatest idea in the world won’t go anywhere.

My job is to help people transform their lives and double their productivity. I can work with you on your psychology and beliefs. I can work with you on your physiology. I can work with you on your productivity and on your people skills. This is what I do in order to help people go from the minor leagues to the major leagues, to go from being good to being great.

I’d like to show you some of the techniques that people all over the world are using to change their lives and to double their productivity.
